FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE!
 
Standard Shipping $5.95 (USA): Please allow 1-3 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped by UPS Sure-Post and received within 3-7 business days. The US Postal Service will make the final delivery for our standard shipping option. If you would like your package to be delivered by UPS please select our $8 UPS Ground shipping option. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS/USPS exceptions beyond our control.
 
UPS Ground Shipping $8 (USA): Please allow 1-3 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped by UPS ground and received within 1-5 business days. 2nd Day Shipping $15 (USA): Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control. 
 
Next Day Shipping $30 (USA): Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control. 
 
International shipping fees will vary. Duty and tax fees are paid by the customer when the package arrives. You are able to prepay your Duty and Taxes by calling UPS @ 1-800-PICKUPS and providing your UPS tracking number and credit card number.
 
 
Undeliverable Packages: 
If the address provided is incorrect and unable to be delivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the corrected shipping address. Please double check that your shipping address is correct while on the check out page.

**Please note, our shipping provider is UPS and all P.O. box addresses must be sent through UPS Sure-Post. This could delay shipping 1-2 business days. We are also unable to ship expedited orders to a P.O. box, please provide a physical address for all expedited orders!
 
 
Shipping will ONLY be refunded for exchange orders or if our package is deemed lost or destroyed by UPS or USPS. 
 
 
 
WAREHOUSE PICK UP/RETURN
 
Pick Ups: Online orders may be picked up from our shipping warehouse Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. If your order is placed by 12pm it is able to be picked up after 2pm the SAME business day! Orders placed after 12pm can be picked up the following business day! Once your order is fulfilled the status will change to AWAITING PICKUP and you will receive an email. Orders will be kept at the warehouse until they are picked up! All online warehouse pick-up orders can only be picked up at our warehouse location (9715 Kincaid Dr. Fishers, IN 46037)
 
Returns (dropped off at the pick-up window): Online orders may be returned to the warehouse for priority processing. The items you wish to return must be placed in a bag or box with the receipt and dropped off at the pick up window during business hours. No return label is necessary. Store credit will be available for use the same business day. Customers will receive an email after the return is processed and the store credit has been added to their account. PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF RETURNS OUTSIDE OF OUR HOURS OF OPERATION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

RETURN POLICY 

 

  • ALL WAREHOUSE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! No returns or exchanges!
  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!  Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive ONLINE store credit.  If you return your online order to one of our boutique locations, you may opt for an in-store gift card  at that time. Store Credits are non-transferable.
  • All returns must be sent back to our shipping warehouse within 20 days of the delivery date. 
  • Final Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, we can include it in your next order or charge an $8 re-shipping fee. 
  • All sales or coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. These returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with Dottie tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $8 return fee. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. We ship all shoes in their original box, which is placed in a protective bubble-wrap envelope. When returning shoes, please put them back into their box and back into the bubble-wrap envelope. 
  • Swimwear must be returned with all tags and hygienic liners attached. Please try on with appropriate undergarments underneath before removing tags and hygienic liner. If swimwear includes removable straps and/or padding inserts, please be sure to include with return. For hygienic purposes, any swimwear returned that does not meet the requirements, will NOT be processed for an online in-store credit.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you would like to exchange an item in your order, please place a new order for that item on our website. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit. Shipping fees will be included in the refund for any exchange orders. 

 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments can be made within 7 days of the original order date in the from of STORE CREDIT ONLY! The size and color must be in stock in order to receive a price adjustment. Price adjustments do not apply to sales, promotions, or coupon codes. Please contact customer service to inquire about adjustments. 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

*If you are a local shopper please view our warehouse return instructions for an additional return option!

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $8 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place return in a shipping-safe package and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT/packing slip. If you do not have your original receipt, you can log-in to your online account and click on the order that is associated with your return, then click "print invoice." You can also print your order confirmation email.
3. U.S. customers may use the FREE UPS “Return Label” link at the bottom of the page. Simply fill out the required fields, select "Return" as your return reason, print the label, and either schedule a UPS pick up or take your package to your local UPS store or drop box location.

**PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION**

 You are responsible for tracking your return package. Please keep note of the tracking number that is generated through your return label. Once it is received back to us, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Return credit may not be used towards previous purchases.
