RETURN POLICY 

 

  • ALL ITEMS UNDER OUR WAREHOUSE SALESALE, FLASH SALE, and ACCESSORIES TABS ARE FINAL SALE! No returns or exchanges for sale items or accessories.
  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!  Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive ONLINE store credit.  If you return your online order to one of our boutique locations, you may opt for an in-store gift card  at that time. Store Credits are non-transferable.
  • All returns must be sent back to our shipping warehouse within 20 days of the delivery date. 
  • Final Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, we can include it in your next order or charge an $8 re-shipping fee. 
  • All sales or coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. These returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with Dottie tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $8 return fee. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. We ship all shoes in their original box, which is placed in a protective bubble-wrap envelope. When returning shoes, please put them back into their box and back into the bubble-wrap envelope. 
  • Swimwear must be returned with all tags and hygienic liners attached. Please try on with appropriate undergarments underneath before removing tags and hygienic liner. If swimwear includes removable straps and/or padding inserts, please be sure to include with return. For hygienic purposes, any swimwear returned that does not meet the requirements, will NOT be processed for an online in-store credit.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you would like to exchange an item in your order, please place a new order for that item on our website. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit. Shipping fees will be included in the refund for any exchange orders. 

 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments can be made within 7 days of the original order date in the from of STORE CREDIT ONLY! The size and color must be in stock in order to receive a price adjustment. Price adjustments do not apply to sales, promotions, or coupon codes. Please contact customer service to inquire about adjustments. 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

*If you are a local shopper please view our warehouse return instructions for an additional return option!

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $8 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place return in a shipping-safe package and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT/packing slip. If you do not have your original receipt, you can log-in to your online account and click on the order that is associated with your return, then click "print invoice." You can also print your order confirmation email.
3. U.S. customers may use the FREE UPS “Return Label” link at the bottom of the page. Simply fill out the required fields, select "Return" as your return reason, print the label, and either schedule a UPS pick up or take your package to your local UPS store or drop box location. 
4. If you choose not to use the provided return label, please send your returns to:

**PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION**

 You are responsible for tracking your return package. Please keep note of the tracking number that is generated through your return label. Once it is received back to us, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Return credit may not be used towards previous purchases.
